Vijay - you're a genius! I initially looked up Vijay because he serviced OKI's - and I've stuck with him because:a. He knows what he's talking aboutb. He's helped me fix numerous problems (including for free, over the phone - who would have thought sticky tape would fix my printer jam problem - and save a callout fee?)c. His consumables are good value.d. His pretty quick to responde. I trust him.If you're looking for a printer guy – give Vijay a shot.
